Front Ranch

The Front Ranch was born in 2019 in Tuscany, province of Siena, from our great passion for horses. Starting from a little wasteland we started building our dream: a Ranch for horses where we could live our lives in harmony and make a better world for people and horses. We want people to enjoy horseback riding and have an unforgettable experience other than learn something new.
We built the stable, the fences, the sheds and the big arena. Still we are work in progress and new facilities are built throughout the year.
At the Front Ranch you will find a family, informal and cosy atmosphere for people, and a place of wellness, care and great dedication for the horses.

Eric Berlanda is a Licensed Parelli Professional 2-Star of Parelli Natural Horsemanship and a student of the “School of Lightness” by Philippe Karl, with the aim of increasing the knowledge of natural riding focused on the respect of the horse and deep study of his behaviour and biomechanics. Eric is extremely passionate and since he was a kid horses are his focus. Since more than 25 years he has studied Parelli Natural Horsemanship, attending many clinics, while in 2017 he attended the Parelli Internship in Colorado (USA) to become a licensed professional.
Meanwhile having developed great interest for classical riding and Dressage he started the course to become Instructor of the “Ecole de Légèreté” (School of Lightness) of Philippe Karl, attending two intensive courses per year and many lessons.
He teaches clinics around Italy and in Germany, private lessons, and week-courses at the Front Ranch. He developed a great and deep knowledge of the horse, his behaviour, the way they think and act as well as deep technical aspects and maneuvers of classical riding

Andrea is Eric’s wife and lifetime partner since 20 years. Very passionate about horses since young age, she met Eric in summer horse camps close to Siena. Together they share the wonderful world of horses and they a made a living out of it.
Andrea is the point of reference and the organizing soul of the Ranch, she creates and supervises the events, coordinates all activities and manages reception of the guests as well as care of the horses and the stable.

She loves and is passionate about welcoming people and make them feel at ease, she loves to cook typical dishes for lunch for her guests. She is warm, gentle and kind and you will be astonished by her dishes.
